MAS 490

MAS 490 is a medium early hybrid with translucent red grain and excellent yield potential. It is bred for high yields even in high stress conditions such as heat or drought. MAS 490 has large semi-open heads and is adapted to dry land or irrigated planting. MAS 490 has good disease resistance and standability and is resistant to head smut, MDMV, Downey Mildew. A good choice for early or late planting.
