A new sorgo-sudangrass hybrid that has all the
outstanding qualities needed for forage production
featuring sweetness and juiciness. Honey Drop has
a fast emergence for a quicker first cutting. The
seed looks more like a sorgo and grows plants just
as sweet. More disease free leaves, finer stalks,
early vigor and quick re-growth are the main reasons
to plant Honey Drop.
For maximum tonnage and palatability, cut in the
pre-boot stage. Cut at approximately six inches
above ground for quick regrowth.
